MOQ, lead times, materials, customization and Incoterms. Formal pricing via RFQ only.
- Can I buy online or see a price list?
- No. This is a factory site — no list prices and no checkout. Formal quotes are issued only on an RFQ.
- What is the reference MOQ for stock corrugated models?
- Reference MOQ is 100, 1,000 or 3,000 pcs depending on the model, and is negotiable for mixed orders, packaging and customization. List the target qty for each SKU on the RFQ.
- Which Incoterms do you offer?
- FOB and DDP. For DDP include country, postcode and tax treatment. Freight moves, so we do not freeze a unit price on the site.
- How long is OEM sample-to-bulk?
- Relabel on a stock structure: plan about 30 days after the sample is signed. New dies need a proto first. Peak season in writing from sales.
- Do corrugated scratchers shed paper debris?
- Debris varies by board grade, structure and use intensity. Confirm a sample before bulk and put edge and shedding requirements into the specification and inspection checklist.
- How should product life be evaluated?
- Life depends on cat count, use frequency, structure and environment. We do not promise one universal number of months; select by use case and test the sample first.
- Which material or test documents are available?
- Document scope depends on the material, model and destination market. State the country and compliance requirement on the RFQ; sales will confirm the available report and version in writing.
- Do you support OEM / ODM?
- Yes — size, structure, packaging, barcode and private label. Feasibility, MOQ, sample timing and lead time are confirmed on the RFQ.
