Stock is corrugated on purpose
Every live Koorpet SKU is triple-layer high-density board: flexible dies, replaceable cores, predictable cube, and a price band that works for Amazon and grocery. Sisal posts and wood trees are scheduled on wholesale / OEM RFQs — they are not stock heroes.
Dust, chewing, water-based glue
Corrugated fails as debris and delamination; an OEM specification should define board structure, adhesive requirements and the inspection method. Formaldehyde, heavy-metal or chew-safety pack claims require a valid report for the model, material batch and destination market.
Fields that belong on the spec sheet
Board: plies, grammage / density, flute direction, adhesive, size tolerance, dust claim. Sisal: fibre, diameter, wrap density, core, base weight. Paste the sheet into the RFQ notes. “Better quality” is not a specification.
Mixed programmes
Many brands use corrugated as the traffic SKU and sisal as the AOV lift. Put both lines on one RFQ, but the ship date follows the slower line. Do not assume both materials leave the same week.

Why is sisal missing from the catalogue?
The public site lists corrugated stock only. Sisal and wood trees are scheduled from the RFQ — include structure and target qty.
Can you combine board and sisal in one SKU?
Yes, as an OEM assembly. It needs its own sample and a longer lead than stock corrugated.
