One handle per line
The quote basket stores qty by handle / SKU. Do not merge KP-13 and KP-17 as “scratchers”. Mixed loads are fine if every line has a number — otherwise paper and dies cannot be booked.
Reference MOQ is not a wall
Reference MOQ is 100, 1,000 or 3,000 pcs by model and remains negotiable. Below that we look at the month’s schedule and whether paper can be shared. Write the number you actually want, not “whatever the minimum is”.
How to read lead time
On a signed stock structure, plan about 30 days to a loadable lot. Paper, print and vessels move. New dies are extra. Put the in-hands window on the RFQ (e.g. week 2 of October, Los Angeles).
FOB or DDP
Both. FOB: preferred load port. DDP: country, postcode, tax-included or not, pallet / fumigation. We cannot price DDP without a destination. Freight and duty move, which is why this site never prints a frozen unit price.
Tests and paperwork
Material / eco test copies can travel with the lot. REACH, Prop 65 or a retailer audit belong in the notes at RFQ time — not the week before the vessel.
FAQ
Can we start with 500 pcs to test a listing?
Put 500 on the RFQ. Whether it fits the month depends on shared lines; sales will say yes or no in writing — the page will not pretend every trial is automatic.
How long is a quote valid?
Paper and ocean move. Each RFQ has its own written offer. Re-quote on the next repeat; do not reuse a number from three months ago.
