Anders als herkömmliche flache Kratzbretter besitzt dieses Modell eine leicht gewölbte Schalenform, die sich der Körperrundung Ihrer zusammengerollt liegenden Katze anschmiegt. Ist sie vom Kratzen müde, legt sie sich einfach an Ort und Stelle hin – kein Wechsel des Platzes nötig, Kratzen und Ausruhen gehen nahtlos ineinander über. Der große Durchmesser von 40cm bietet großzügigen Raum, in dem sich auch ausgewachsene Katzen bequem ausstrecken. Ob im Stehen die Krallen schärfen, ein Nickerchen im Liegen oder zur Kugel eingerollt im Tiefschlaf – der Platz reicht mehr als aus, und das lästige "Danebengreifen" bei kleinen Kratzbrettern hat ein Ende.
